The delivery time is subject to the location provided for delivery. To cater to the convenience and requirements of our customers, Jensquare provides two delivery options: ‘Fixed Time Deliveries’ and ‘Free Deliveries’. For fixed time deliveries, nominal charges apply and are displayed on the webpage while selecting the delivery timeframe. However, please note that fixed time deliveries are subject to factors beyond our reasonable control, such as unexpected travel delays from courier partners, weather conditions, political disruptions, strikes, war, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Flower Deliveries:
- Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud stage. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
Advance Orders:
For festivals or major occasions, we recommend placing your order at least 5 (five) days in advance.
Hand Delivered vs. Courier Products:
Products that are hand-delivered cannot be delivered along with courier products. They may reach the recipient at two different times or days.
Same-Day Delivery Times:
- Standard Time Delivery: Orders must be received by Jensquare before 6:00 pm, Monday – Saturday, IST.
- Fixed Time Delivery: Orders must be received by Jensquare before 6:30 pm, Monday – Saturday, IST.

Estimated Delivery Time:
You acknowledge that the requested delivery time is non-binding. The estimated delivery time depends on product availability and the destination. Perishable Items (Cakes and Flowers):
For perishable items, we attempt delivery only once. In the event of a failed delivery due to reasons such as a wrong address, recipient not available, premises locked, or recipient refusing delivery, the order will be considered executed.
Late Delivery and Solutions:
If there is no one available at the shipping address to accept the delivery at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. In such cases, no refunds, cancellations, or liability can be claimed. Our efforts to complete the delivery include calling the recipient to schedule an appropriate time, leaving a note on the recipient’s door, leaving the bouquet/arrangement in a covered, secure area, or leaving it with a neighbor.
Midnight Deliveries:
Subject to other shipping disclaimer terms, delivery will be made between 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM on the chosen delivery date. Note: Choose the delivery date a day prior to the occasion.
Fixed Time Deliveries:
While we aim to deliver orders within the selected fixed time slot, subject to other shipping disclaimer terms, delivery could occur +30 or -30 minutes from the chosen time.
Courier Product Deliveries:
For products delivered through courier agencies, the date of delivery is an estimate. Your order may be delivered a day prior or a day after the chosen date. The requested delivery date for such products is non-binding and depends on product availability and the destination.
Delivery to Hospitals, Hotels, Wedding Halls, Hostels, PG, Cantonment, Enclosed Premises:
Specific instructions and information are required for successful delivery to these locations, including full addresses, telephone numbers, room numbers, and names of recipients.
Delivery at Remote Locations:
Delivery is available only in cities in our database. Remote locations are subject to availability, and no commitments can be made for exact delivery times.
National Holidays and Impediments:
No deliveries will be made on national holidays, and in case of impediments like floods, heavy rains, national bandhs, elections, curfews, or festivals, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to another date.
Deemed Delivery:
Under any class or category of orders, Jensquare will attempt delivery only once. Deemed Delivery occurs in cases such as a wrong shipping/delivery address, recipient not available, premises locked, or recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, you shall inform the same to Jensquare. Jensquare shall give a full refund for the duplicate order, provided that the order has not been prepared or delivered. In any case Jensquare discovers that the same order has been made twice, it shall try to contact the customer to confirm the order. If the customer is not contactable, Jensquare shall be free to take the final decision on behalf of the customer.
You agree to pay the price applicable and displayed for the product or service on our Website at the time you submitted your order, the delivery fees for the delivery service you selected, if any, or any applicable taxes (defined below). You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes (other than taxes based on Jensquare’s income), fees, duties, and other governmental charges, and any related penalties and interest, arising from the purchase of the products and services not withheld by Jensquare.
All payments are non-refundable (except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions). We reserve the right to charge late fees on all due payments required to be made by the customer which shall be equivalent to the higher of:

- b) the highest rate prescribed under the applicable law.
You agree to pay for all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.
“Convenience Charge” may be levied by Jensquare for facilitation of choosing a product/s and book the delivery, anywhere in India, without visiting our physical store. This covers Jensquare’s Internet and system handling costs.
Such Convenience Charges are correlated to the order value.
Order delivery is entirely subject to the payment credited in Jensquare’s account. Unless payment is received by us, the order will not be processed. Jensquare accepts payment via Visa, Master Card, RuPay, Paypal, and American Express Debit and Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Digital wallets, and UPI. All domestic and international cards are accepted by Jensquare.
You acknowledge that while making a transaction on the website, you are not using any Credit or Debit card, digital wallet, or UPI id fraudulently, and you are duly authorized to use such a card or payment mechanism. You agree to provide accurate and correct information about your card or the payment mechanism for such a transaction. The liability for the use of a card or any payment mechanism fraudulently will be on you, and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively yours.
