Delivery Timelines
For standard time delivery, orders must be received before 6:00 pm, Monday – Saturday, IST. Fixed time and midnight delivery have specific cut-off times, as mentioned on our website.
Please note that the requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery times depend on product availability and the destination. We may proactively communicate any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
Peak Seasons and Special Occasions
During peak seasons or special occasions, such as Valentine’s Day or festive periods, order volumes may surge, leading to potential delays. We recommend placing orders well in advance during such times to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery Attempts and Conditions
For perishable items like flowers, we attempt delivery only once. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons like wrong addresses, recipient unavailability, or refusal, you will still be charged, and no re-delivery will be possible.

While we make best efforts to ensure we deliver your orders as soon as possible, due to huge rush during the Valentine week, we do not offer any fixed time guarantee. Orders are processed on first come first serve basis, delivery areas and other local conditions.

For Midnight Delivery orders, please note that the order will be delivered between 11 p.m. to 1 a.m.
